I am delighted to welcome you to St Kevin’s Catholic Primary School Eastwood.
I’m very proud and feel privileged to lead and serve such a well-established, organised and very friendly school community. Children, staff and parents are known, community involvement is encouraged and we enjoy strong links between the parish and the school.
I believe that the key to a happy and successful education of every child in our care is the quality of relationships between all members of the school community. We value the partnerships we have with our parents, as we work together to develop successful learners, confident and creative individuals and active and informed citizens. Our school is big enough to provide a diverse range of opportunities and small enough to ensure we know every child and can offer individual attention and support.
I believe that having quality, inspirational and passionate teachers is essential to a school’s success. Our dedicated and professional staff are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment, where we celebrate individual differences, active collaboration and the ongoing pursuit of excellence.
As a community, we strive to support each other, work with each other, understand and care for each other, all for the well-being of the children, who are our primary focus. Schools do not succeed by themselves. I invite you to be a part of the daily life of our school community.
